Note the small ball presentation. This is ball hole is cut to my standard size allowing for both regular balls and small balls to be used out of the same hole.

If you feel the you need more small ball presentation then a dedicated small ball hole would suffice.

A proto type box. If you look carefully you will notice that this box has two holes on the right side.
One hole is close to the outside of the box and another inwards.

I build my boxes with a removable ball face. The ball face on this box is a replacement.

On this box I was experimenting with different hole offsets.
I was timing, videoing and taking pictures to see the cause and effect of different ball hole offsets.

The results were very interesting. I incorporated the knowledge gained into my current production boxes.
